By focusing on early involvement in design for manufacturability, our team can take your concepts and make them a reality. We use the latest state-of-the-art design technologies including: 3D modeling, Solid Works, AutoCad and Master Cam. Utilization of CAD technology coupled with the high-speed capabilities of our CAM department result in shorter tooling lead times. Our capability of concept 3D printing also assures quality and accuracy prior to full production. We also use Solid Works Mold Flow software to verify confidence of fill and proper gate locations. With the capability to outsource advanced mold flow analysis (including warp and critical dimension stability), we are able to assure the best quality product.
