First starting with Midgard in 2009 as a Floor-Utility person, Dominic strove toward efficiency in both day-to-day operation but also molding processes. Years later, he keeps those same goals of continuous improvement while emphasizing what Midgard has promised since its foundation, a commitment to quality and excellence not only in the parts we manufacture, but also the relationships we create with employees and customers alike.
